Core Strength Fitness offers personalized nutritional programs based on an individual specific caloric and nutritional requirements.

We sit down on a one-on-one basis and go over the client’s specific nutritional needs, foods they enjoy eating- that are healthy, of course, as well as meal timing. The purpose is to guide the client in the proper direction so that their training program is as effective as possible. If one does not follow a proper nutritional program, all of the exercise in the world will not produce results.
